Return policy

General Terms
Acmefun will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise under any circumstances, including if the garment does not fit, with all original internal garment tags retained within 30 days of delivery.

Please do not return packages to the address on the shipping label, that is not the return address. Otherwise no refund will be issued!


Note that Acmefun does not cover shipping costs for returns, and return labels are only valid for the countries listed: USA,UK (except Northern Austria), Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. The return address is located in California, USA. Before returning the item, please be sure to inform us of the item(s) to be returned and obtain a return address, and you will need to indicate your order number on the return form and inform us of the tracking number after sending the item(s) back. Customers who are unable to provide a tracking number will not be refunded.

We will start the refund or exchange process when we receive your returned item and determine that the item is in returnable condition (brand new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered item with all original internal garment tags).

For products with quality issues, you do not need to send them back, we will refund the full amount/partial refund, but please make sure to contact us at info@acmefun.com and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution to minimize your loss.

Refunds
Refunds are usually returned within 7 days via the original method of payment (requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted) and even within 24 hours if you paid via PayPal. If the return is not caused by our fault (quality issue, color difference, wrong item shipped), we will not refund the postage.

Exchanges
Each product can be exchanged once. If you want to replace it with a more expensive product, you need to pay the price difference. If the replacement is cheaper than the original, we will refund you the difference.You'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Return Label
For a return label, please contact us. The cost to mail the label is €9, which we will deduct directly from your refund.

Return labels are only available for the following countries: USA,UK (except Northern Austria), Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

An email will be sent to you once the review is complete. If your return request is approved, we will email you a shipping label within 48 hours. If you do not receive it within 48 hours, please check your spam folder. Once you receive the email, please follow the instructions to complete your return.

Your return request may also be denied as we will only accept merchandise that is returned within the timeframe specified in our return policy.
